Calling all unsigned artists! Enter our competition and win a performance slot at Macmillan Cancer Support's London festival The Big Mix and a session on John Kennedy's Xposure show on Xfm!

If you would like to submit your track to The Big Mix Unsigned Competition, simply follow these easy steps. Please note you can only upload one of your tracks!

1. Click the 'Login to Upload' button above to add your track to the list below. SoundCloud account required.
2. E-mail your full name along with artist name, and a contact number, to thebigmix@macmillan.org.uk with ‘Big Mix Unsigned Competition’ in the subject field.
3. Once your track has been dropped into the list below anyone can listen and vote for your track by favouriting it. Remember to send the link to this site to your fans and encourage them to vote!
4. The ten tracks with the most votes will be submitted to the final stage.
5. One track will be selected from the final top ten by Xfm new music guru John Kennedy. The winning act will perform on John Kennedy's Xposure show and also play at The Big Mix on Saturday 18th June.

Deadline for submissions is 31^st May 2011.

The results of the competition will be announced by 6^th June 2011.

Terms & Conditions

1. The closing date for the competition is 31 May 2011. Entries received after this date will not qualify for entry into the competition.
2. A maximum of 1 track may be submitted by any one unsigned artist/band.
3. Entry into the competition implies that permission has been given to Macmillan Cancer Support to use the tracks submitted on The Big Mix Soundcloud website.
4. All tracks submitted must be original work.
5. The winner of the competition will receive a performance at The Big Mix festival and also a live performance on the Xposure show with John Kennedy on Xfm at their studios in London.
6. The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
